Rumor?

Allegedly, Haley was at a bar recently and stuck his unwanted hand up the skirt of a young lady who slapped him. Then he pulls the "do you know who I am?" out.

According to the witness, cops are called and Haley is cuffed.

Pertinent parties have been interviewed by media. Story forthcoming. Or not.

Is Todd Haley part of the right 53? <- that part is a joke and is being explained for people who will take the comment too seriously. All other information in OP is serious.

Great, just great. I'd discount this story if there wasn't the part of Haley getting cuffed. That's verifiable if true. On the other hand, everyone does have a camera now as has been mentioned. If this story has legs, what a terrible cloud there will be hanging over the season.

I had an unwanted hand back in the early 90's. Didn't know how to get rid of it. I always figured some gal might want it, and what better place to hide it than up her skirt. I see no problem here at all.

I would think that, if there were any truth to this rumor, there would be something about it on the internet by now, whether it be a story, tweet, facebook status, etc. No way something like this gets sat on for over eight hours.

This was my thought as well. This type of thing blows up quick anymore. That said Phobia is not the type to post something like this unless he thought it had some sort of basis~

I'm not buying it either. I wouldn't doubt at all that someone got felt up (probably a stripper) by SOMEONE. And I also wouldn't doubt if that someone (a fratboy douche who was there to try to hook up with a stripper) got smacked.
