Most of the time, when the Chiefs lose, they say Cassel is the main reason. This loss is no different. You can't hang this one on Cassel. Cassel sucks, but the Chiefs defense looked like the worse defense in the NFL today against a QB from Harvard.

Last night I watched the movie Inception with Mrs. Tomahawk. Great movie FWIW. Well, she was confused in parts of the movie...such as the difference between a dream and limbo.

We went to the scrimmage...errr....game today. After Cassel made 1 of his many short 1-yard check-down passes to force a punt, my wife put her hands on her head asking what is wrong with him.

I turned to her and said, "honey, we are stuck in limbo as long as Cassel is leading this team." She says, "ooooooooh it makes sense now. Limbo sucks!"

why would it be difficult to understand the concept of limbo?

Look at what Manning being out did to the Colts. Then look at what the addition or Newton did for the Panthers.

Both make pretty strong cases for where we are... and where we need to go at the QB position.

To the reeruns who are still inexplicably defending Cassel, here are his stats from the last 3 games (all at home, by the way): 42-87, 304 yards, 1 TD, 6 INT. 304 yards on 87 attempts! Less than 4 yards per attempt in 3 consecutive games in your own stadium! How is that even possible?

This team needs a real QB. They're never going anywhere until they get one.

we're fine. we just need a few more HOF O-lineman, and our WRs need to grow 3". If we can draft a HOF TE we'll be fine.
