When your players aren't ready to handle a certain formation or play then they are unprepared.

and such a shitty offensive coaching job reflects most directly on the Quarterback.

I'm not saying Cassel is anything more than a game manager type guy but our coaches aren't doing a good enough job. Period.

Like i said before ... Cassel is not much different than Trent Green.

You saddle Green with this shitty coaching staff and scheme, he would look a lot like Cassel. Dazed and confused.
