I wish Bill Cowher would just get a job somewhere already so we can quit talking about him here.

Not saying he isn't a great coach but I just don't see him duplicating his success. It's a different league now driven by QBs and passing the ball. Something that Bill Cowher isn't about.

If he came here, he'd pull a Marty ball and probably get us fairly deep in the playoffs. Then we'd get beat by a team with a franchise QB. No thanks.

If we are able to grab a guy like Luck, I think then we need a HC that can groom him, and thus Gruden might be the guy. Plus we could probably keep Romeo.

I've heard very few names on this list that I would consider over Haley. Fisher? Gruden - 10 years ago, yes, now, hell no. The game evolves and you need someone who is hungry and has fresh ideas.
