Because most on the list are great coaches. Are you actuelly suggesting that they're not because they currently choose to do something else???

I wouldn't describe them as great. None of them have multiple SB rings. None of them do anything new or innovative. Cowher would build a successful franchise but I don't see him winning another SB. Gruden built a good, but ancient, team in chOakland and then won with Dungy's guys in Tampa. Dungy acquired Peyton in Indy.

I'd rather get someone younger, motivated, and with new(er) ideas.

Being the 49ers light (after Montana)….Failed

Being the Rams Light…Failed

Being the Patriots light….Failing

This is an admission by the Chiefs front office that they don’t know how to draft quality players or their system destroys the quality players they do draft.

Neither one is acceptable

I personally still hope Haley can make it work. But if he can't, the only guy that excites me as a head coach is Rob Ryan.
