Yes, I am cooking mine in the oven with a nice stock base of Samuel Adams black lager, Worcestershire sauce, water, turkey neck and liver, carrots, yellow onion, celery, parsley, coarse black pepper, cayenne, ground thyme, English mustard powder, sea salt, and oregano flakes.
