Palko told he is starting in Chicago.

Todd Haley = massive buffoon.

I hope we can all move on from supporting this clown now.

It makes no sense for Indy to trade Manning and throw Luck into that shit hole they've dug in Indy. Besides, they've already said they have no problem paying both. Luck is only going to get 4-5mil a year.
Nobody knows that they are going to do, other than draft Luck if they have the #1 pick.

Right. I'm just saying I think its more than a long shot that Manning doesn't end his career in Indy.

More than likely have to give up a #1 for him though.
Would you do that though for pretty much a guarantee that we'll make the next... 3-4 playoffs? (And I assume some playoff wins. Who knows. Could be more.)

Think I would.... That's if we missed out on our QBs in the draft. But we have the personnel, assuming they come back healthy, to go far. We're as bad as we are simply because we have shit at QB.

Being the Chiefs are close to 30 mil under the cap I don't want to hear a thing about players being too expensive for a long, long time.

Agreed. If we had Manning, I think you could all but guarantee some playoff wins.

Guarantee a SB? No. But have a decent shot at it? I'd say yes to that also.

It makes sense if we can't land our QB in the draft.

I think i probably would, if i was the GM and truly felt we were just a QB away.

At this point, i dont care how we win a Super Bowl, as long as we win one.

But only if i was 100% sure of Mannings health of course....

Manning would wind up on IR with BR, Lilja, and Weigmann still on the team.

Well I've been under the assumption that this will be the last year for all three of those guys.

Lets hope some replacements are better.

That's not as hard to fill as one might think. We're talking a RT (the most important position of the 3) and interior guys which shouldn't be that hard to replace in the draft.

I have a feeling we'll see at least 1 of them for another year. I'm betting its Lilja.

Yeah you're probably right.

But if we have Manning as our QB and this for an O-line

LT - Albert
LG - Lilja (or some replacement)
C - Hudson
RG - Asamoah
RT - Free agent or fairly highly drafted RT

Then I won't get bent out of shape about Lilja. Trust me we won't even notice. Peyton & Jamaal (oh I hope he hasn't lost his speed) will send several of those guys to the probowl.

We could keep Hudson at guard, draft a RT, and sign Chris Myers.
