Good for him, but the Cardinals would've been absolutely insane to match that.
Go after Fielder or just sit on the money. There's nobody else out there with spending significant coin on and there's always a new class of free agents. Here's hoping they don't do anything stupid with Jimmy Rollins. They dodged a bullet on Buerhle.
