The Hate for Josh McDaniels

I'm curious as to just how much Chiefsplanet hates Josh McDaniels. What would it do to your Chiefs fandom if he's brought in as our next HC?

Poll forthcoming....

All intents and purposes I should be a Packer fan, due to I walked Lambeau field, knew oldtime Packer players, and met Packer HOFers at a time before I reached 14 years old. The reason I'm not, I was originally raised to root for KC at the age of 9 years old.

I actually had a boss once who said, "intents and porpoises." In front of customers.

He's dead now.

OKAY...

So for those of you who would refuse to watch. What if we made the playoffs? Would you start watching then or is it a principle thing? What if we went to the Superbowl? Also, how fulfilling would a championship be if you hadn't watched the season leading up?

I realize there's almost no chance of these things, but I'm curious.

They'll all be watching from day one. Perhaps not going to as many games or buying merchandise, but I don't believe these declarations for a second.

I don't want any of Belichick's old coordinators. They've all failed miserably and the Pats just keep on winning without them.

That's my thought. Hell, I almost wanted to vote "I'm out." but I know I'll watch. I figure I've watched so much shitty Chiefs football, it'd be silly to stop now.

Also, let's say McDaniels somehow has a miracle season with the Chiefs and I miss it, I'd never forgive myself. That would be Burgess Meredith Twilight Zone sad.

Not watching is easy for me because it simply involves not shelling out hundreds of dollars for Sunday Ticket. If the Chiefs were actually on network TV I'd at least attempt to watch.

McDaniels is the single biggest clown in the NFL.

No one has ever made as many insanely stupid decisions in as short a time as him. NO ONE. EVER.

HE IS THE WORST

I'm the same way, although I'd still go a little out of my way to see games when I could. Would you hop on a McDaniels led Chiefs playoff bandwagon?

I voted "I'll watch casually", although instead of "I might miss games if I have something better to do", It'll be more "I'll watch if I don't have anything else going on".
