Proven player? Have you watched Orton? He has as many terrible games as he does great. He is much better than Cassel, but why is that what we compare QBs to?

Everybody is willing to give up time seeing how average QBs do but aren't willing to give up time seeing what a young QB can do. You need a QB that can win you 3 or 4 games in a row to win a SB.

Saying we shouldn't draft a QB because of one game is way too much of an overeaction. Especially if you have ever watched Orton play before.
