I like the hire. I think the way he handled the QB situation over the past 3 weeks gives me hope that RAC sees the value of having a good QB and has the willingness to do what it takes to put that guy out there.

His determination to not go down the same road he went down in Cleveland tells me he's going to make the changes we need made. Both RAC and Scott Pioli know their jobs are on the line now.

In that range yes. Mine are :24, :40 and :52. The idea being to sweep through each quarter hour with music to gain cume there and only lose it when the quarter ends... gain it again... and so forth.

However (trade secret for any other radio folks... Bob Dobbs, who probably knows) I like to start my breaks about 2 minutes before the competition. That way if my station goes to commercials and people hit the button and switch, the other station is going into commercials in a couple minutes so they hit the button again and when they come back to me I'm going back into music.... and I've got them for the next music sweep. Rinse, repeat. I just killed their cume and built mine. They're welcome.
