He feels that Pioli is more of the GM/HC of the Chiefs. Crennel will just be the supervisor of the coaches. That he will over see the "No Cover TE" defense with another coach acting as a DC.

Then they will get a OC in there that will run the offense with very little input from Crennel... But Crennel would have the final say so on game days....

Pioli said yesterday on St. John's show that Crennel will be a supervisor of the coaches, but who the coaches are will be Crennel's decision.

I imagine Pioli will say the same thing on Fescoe's show this morning.
