Colts hire Kevin Bulter for Defensive Coordinator

http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/75...?eleven=twelve

Mods: Change it to Keith Butler sorry about the typo.

If Andrew Luck is as good as we all think this team will be the cream of the crop in 3 years.

when we were looking for a DC in 09, I had it Wade Phillips (if they lost in the first playoff game and he was fired, as was reported to be the case) then Keith Butler and then Romeo Crennel...but Romeo lost points just because he is part of the tree.

Indys defense should do quite well in a 3-4 if they can get a couple DL and bring back Freeney and Mathis...both of them could be good rushbackers.

They are setting it up fairly well for young Andrew.

IMO - Mathis will leave in FA. Prolly to a 3-4 team to boot.

We probably will. And when we do I'm coming to remind you that I, O.City, made it know.

If Peyton is healthy, I'd much rather we get him instead of drafting a QB.

I am probably going to get lynched for saying that.

I'd love to have a healthy PM for 3 or 4 years.

Either way we need to start next season with a qb not named Cassel.

Kevin Butler missing 3 field goals vs. Raiders when I was 6 or 7 years old is the main reason why I am a Kansas City Chiefs fan and not a Bears fan to this day. That, and the fact that I was starting to notice that Bears fans had the same fanbase as Cubs fans....which I hate the Cubs. My dad tried raising me to be a Bears fan... sometimes I wonder how differently I'd feel if I were a Bears fan and not a Chiefs fan. Probably not a whole lot differently.....

I firmly believe that Dick LeBeau is the key to finding a cure for aging.

Also, I'm contractually obligated to mention that Keith Butler played/coached at Memphis.

When the Chiefs started their GM search, I wanted Eric DeCosta.
When they started their HC search, I wanted Ron Rivera.
When they started thier DC search, I wanted Keith Butler.
I was happy to see Gailey (initially) retained, because he's a good and flexible offensive mind.

They were near a superbowl contender every year and went twice winning one..

But no, lets do it our way, it has been working for decades..
