Because you're talking either Stanzi or some 2nd to mid round draft guy.

That looks bad. Basically we can't carry 4 QBs.

Stanzi was a 5th round pick and couldn't move ahead of Tyler Palko on the depth chart. Not sure how moving him to practice squad 'looks bad'.
