Ya know I'm getting more and more open to the idea of Peytonn Manning in a Chiefs uniform. I think he can bring an extra level of play out of the team and really give us an opportunity to win big. As long as he is healthy and can give us a few extra years to enjoy & not just wash up after a one and done season. I'm hopefull that we can win with him. Sign me up for that, even tho I prefer a top draft pick, I can be happy with Peyton Manning as long as we win with him.

I'd rather we got Luck or RG3 too but those don't appear at all realistic. Peyton does and I've always been a fan of his so I'd be pretty excited if we got him. Do I think he's the be-all, end-all QB? No. But I'd be happy to "settle" for a major upgrade at the position even with the injury.

Of course with our luck we'll sign him, he'll have a set back, push through it and try to play, play poorly, decide it's not worth risking his long term health and retire after week 3 next season. Then Cassel is back on the field.
