Tulsa has been an awesome stepping stone job. Nolan Richardson, Bill Self, and Tubby Smith. Especially with OU and OSU in the tank. It's a pretty nice first job if you ask me.

There's a certain symmetry to Manning going to Oklahoma and Self coming to Kansas.
