Yeah, so I saw a lot of movies this weekend.

Elizabeth: The Golden Age - Mediocre, at best. Slow and dragged on. Shorten it to 2 hours and it's golden. It's not, so it fails.

Michael Clayton - Amazing. Everything about it is awesome. However, it's VERY complex and mind bending. You have to think, so be prepared. I still feel like I'm missing key details of exactly what happened. Gotta see it again.

Across the Universe - Perfect is one word that comes to mind. It just works. And, contrary to many people I bet, the movie is best viewed sober. Trust me.

glad to see american history x on there. that movie never gets teh credit it should. one of the bets movies i ever seen

Damn there's Drunkie, ****in about time bro. Man I had about 430 movies, I loan them out and forget who has what. I did have 8 mile, but it's gone. Harry Potter is okay my g/f is the fan. I watched one theaters with her awhile back ago. The one where dobbie dies?

So out of curiousity how many movies do you own? I myself own quite a few.....to many in fact to even list them all. Probably around 1,000 burned dvds or so, perhaps more......add to that maybe 200 or so store bought dvds, and I'm not too far off from 1,500. Sounds crazy even typing it really. Needless to say it's probably way more than I'll ever need.

My list is on my other computer, but it's a few more than 1,700 DVDs and another three dozen or so Laserdisks. And I don't pirate, so all of mine are 100 percent legal. My purchasing slowed down a LOT when I got Netflix.

i got hard drives filled with movies. no clue how many i have i downloaded pretty much any movie that of any worth. i not really done much over the last year or 2 . the last few years most of the movies that came out have been pretty bad.

I just re-watched Publoc Enemies. That is an outstanding movie. It took some convincing to get my wife to watch it but she liked it too. Despite all the violence.

Did you purchase those DVDs or are most of them given to you? If each DVD costs an average of $10, that's $17,000 spent on movies.

Shorten it to 2 hours and it's golden. It's not, so it fails. Michael Clayton - Amazing. Everything about it is awesome. However, it's VERY complex and mind bending. You have to think, so be prepared. I still feel like I'm missing key details of exactly what happened. Gotta see it again. Across the Universe - Perfect is one word that comes to mind. It just works. And, contrary to many people I bet, the movie is best viewed sober. Trust me.
