Exactly what food are you going to get from Whole Foods or Kroger that is a better source of nutrition for a 3 year old so that breastmilk should be completely eliminated from the diet?

If you actually care, the answer is: there is no food that can replace all the things that breastmilk does for a child. I don't think the focus in your point of view has much to do with what's best for the child, though.
