Every judge in this country needs to be reevaluated and retained or kicked out. This is getting dumb. Let's get some young judges in here! Senile isn't any better!

Something needs to happen to judges like this. He is serving in an elected position, isn't he? Hopefully this causes him to lose his job.

Yeah I know they all get elected, but damn...who pays attention to who they are voting for anymore? The process has become useless.

Well, this is one of the weaknesses of a republic vs. a democracy. We elect people to make decisions for us, so we don't have a lot of recourse until after a decision is made. I would imagine that a recall election is possible for a judge. I don't know.
