Keep in mind that you're a novice lifter for a longer period of time than you think you are. Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started.

Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Find it HERE:

If you're a very advanced lifter (many, many years of CONSISTENT weight training), then there are lot of programs out there, and which one you pick is simply a matter of preference. If you're really that advanced, you should know what works for you and what doesn't by this point.

I don't think the powder is "better." It's just cheaper.

Ah, I was thinking that you were talking about creatine caps by themselves as opposed to the same product in powder form.

That stuff about the insulin levels and creatine uptake isn't really necessary, though.

This is what I have now... it wasn't much more expensive, but I'll probably experiment with the less expensive powder next time.

Yeah. I just use Optimum Nutrition's unflavored powder. I take a scoop with a few gulps of water because it has no taste whatsoever.

Amazon prime is usually cheapest. Dpsnutrition is good and bodybuilding.com sometimes has good coupon specials.

I was registered to run in the All Star Game Charity 5k a few weeks ago, but I never received any information on any of the details or how to get my packet, so I missed it. I was bummed.

However, I will be running my first 5k this Saturday morning. Wish me luck!

You can't make an area lose fat by just working on that area. Your body will loose it where ever it damn well pleases.

Always what I heard as well. Working an area will help build muscle though, which will help burn fat.
