I'd like to think the FO isn't drafting guys in the first round for insurance. There's no question the team was in need of WRs at the time he was taken. And in terms of the other guys still available, no one else really fit.

He's a hell of an insurance policy though.
It's not like he's some schlub at his position.
He was one of the very best in his draft class at WR.

And again, we did have a need there.
