Bullshit.

I gave Cassel an entire offseason of leniency last year.

I've said positive things about Pioli, about his previously shitty draft picks like Tyson Jackson, etc.

You just like to hold onto hope that pieces of shit like DMC that you've developed an attachment to will make this team and rack up another 800 bullshit yards.

We both know, deep down, he won't even come close to HALF of what he did last year.

Admit you're just a homer.

He's totally serious about this.
He hates DMC and will convince himself of anything if it serves his subjective opinion.

Why do I have to convince myself of anything?

The facts are all laid bare for anyone to see.

He's about the eighth most important skill position player on this team.

I never said he would get 800 yards. I said he would make the team, and contribute. Which he will. There's too many playmakers on this team for opposing teams to account for McCluster, and he will benefit from it.
You're saying he's gonna get cut.

Well there are many on here still riding that wave of DMC's MNF punt return in 2010 against SD. He's not as good as a lot of people on here think. In fact he's very small an easy to bring down. He's shifty and quick but he's no Dante Hall or anything special really. I just hope he can contribute a few times a game like with a WR reverse or some other gadget play that puts him in open field. Unless he's shows some flash of brilliance I think DMC plays out his contract with the Chiefs and then we don't choose to resign him. But I seriously doubt the Chiefs ever cut him. He's not THAT bad. Certainly ( and still) don't believe that he was anywhere close to being worth a 2nd rd pick. Sources say the Eagles were going to draft him if we didn't and Haley's balls shriveled up into his asshole and took DMC in the 2nd rd when we could have easily drafted Mt. Cody, which was (and still is) a huge need at NT.

LOL **** YOU!!!!

You are a jags fan that hangs out on a Chiefs message board...We aren't even in the same ****ing division. You were probably laughed out of / banished / exiled from your own team's message board for being a dumb ass, and yet somehow you come here and post and think people actually give one rat's asshole what you say.

You are a pathetic loser.

Go back to jagsplanet.com or wherever you got kicked out of and beg them to take you back.

I said there's a chance he might get cut.

He could make the team.

As the 4th WR (or 5th, most likely), he's not gonna contribute much though. He'd play, at most, 6 or 7 snaps a game. He won't get carries as a RB, because we have actual running backs now, not Thomas Jones and Jackoff Battle.

That probably boils down to, at best, a 200-yard season.

And I'm being pretty positive. The dude sucks as a WR. Hard.

I see him touching the ball about 2-3 times per game on average. A few 5 touch games some zero touch games. Contribute. I fail to see the guys on here who think that McCluster is the game breaker that people keep claiming are around here. Who are these posters?
They don't really exist. People just think that because every time someone says McCluster can contribute, people claim that they think McCluster is a world beater which just isn't the case.

2-3 touches for very few yards is not worth taking those touches from Charles, Bowe, Baldwin, etc.... Players that can actually advance the ball once it is in their hands.

It's because he was a 2nd rd pick.

If DMC was a 4th rd pick or lower no one would be really giving a shit. But the fact that he was drafted where he was, and for him to only get the ball a handfull times a game if that...that kinda pisses fans off.

Every team has role players. Hell, since Charles will average much more than Hillis, there's really no reason for Hillis to ever touch the ball, I guess. No reason to throw it to Breaston. Bowe is much better. Other players have to CONTRIBUTE. If McCluster is playing the 4th WR, and he's the only one open a few times a game, should he not be the one catching the ball?
