Why would they cut mccluster when they could get a draft pick for him?

You think a #4 receiver in this offense is going to catch 40+ balls?

Look at Cassel's history here, look at Daboll's history, look at McCluster's shitty history....and you come up with a #4 receiver catching 40 balls?

With Bowe, Baldwin, Breaston, Moeaki and Charles aching for catches first?

And don't you dare bring up RB touches. We have guys at RB now who should never, ever be starved of a single carry for a scrub midget.

Stanzi threw the ball well, as did Cassel. He had a few poor throws in the first team stuff, second time around he was really good. Quinn was all right, nothing spectacular, nothing awful, IMO.

Cassel did go thru projections a few times, Daboll got on his ass about not doin it once or twice. Daboll is very hands on and outspoken. He's also good about being positive at the right time and negative at the right time. He really worked with Dex in the wr drills, as Dex kept ****ing up a route. Overall Dex looked ok catching it, looked pretty quick in and out of routes.

Impressed with Boss and MOeaki, ran good routes, worked hard. Wylie is quick, didn't see alot of him tho. Baldwin worked his ass off. Won every sprint to open practice, worked hard in individual stuff, cramped up a little but only missed 1 or 2 snaps, didn't seem to be a big deal. Had a few catches.

Charles and Hillis ran it pretty well, Droughns will make the team, likely as will Gray.

Impressed with the oline, save for Lilja. Allen was hands down better, will replace Lilja sooner than later. Winston got beat once by Houston, then got a win the next play. Hudson had a missed snap with Cassel, saw them working on snaps after practice. Hudson looked good blocking wise, got handled by Poe once. Will get to that later. Didn't get a good look at Asamoah. Stephenson got some work as did Mims. Neither looked great or awful, kinda average.

Defensive line worked hard today. Toribido will surprise, got washed once or twice though by Hudson and Allen. Poe was powerful on the pashrush against Lilja, went thru him once, swam him once. Jackson worked on the pass rush with Tamba for a while. Tamba and Houston stood out, as did Berry.

Elam, Menzie and Thorpe were really breaking on the ball well, Thorpe especially. He's my sleeper.

Routt was on the side away from me, couldn't tell much. Flowers was on the bike all day.

Any specifics I missed ask, it was alot to process.

Much to mine and your shagrin, Dex looked like he is learning the wr part fairly well. ****ed up once, but had a few pretty solid routes and catches.

Yeah, training camp is a hoot. In a live game he's gonna get his dick knocked in the dirt, and Cassel's not even gonna look his way because of bigger, faster, more reliable targets.

He was used like a #2 RB last year.

He will never, ever have those kinds of numbers ever again. Ever. Forever never.

And you know it.

Another thing, Houston has bulked up a little. Still looked smooth too.
