I'm looking forward to seeing Wylie play and I also have high expectations out of him, just not this year. I would be just as happy to see Wylie make the big plays as I would be for Dex so it really wouldn't hurt my feelings in any way if Wylie does better and takes over. Actually I think that would be cool so you guys be right about it all. I like both of the players, I think McCluster has the experience over Wylie and that's what the coaches like so McCluster is going get more of the playing time this year. All bets are off next year how I feel about McCluster this is his make it or break it year, I can only defend or root for a guy so long before I change my mind about him. I'm sticking to my guns this year untill I see with my own eyes just what turns out. I am rooting for McCluster and more important for the Chiefs to field a successful football team if McCluster can't cut it then **** him. Right now is the start of a fresh season & I'm eager to see what he can do.

Suck it all.

We're probably going to average about 200 YPG passing, roughly. Assuming Bowe is back, which is a pretty safe assumption, opportunities are going to be somewhat limited given the limited nature of our passing game.

At least we're not gonna have to listen to his non-stop "everything Chiefs sucks" BS next season. I'm almost certain that barring injury this team wins 10 games.
I'm going 11-5.
This team could win 13 games with the 2010 schedule. They team can make Cassel look above average, and damn near every other weakness from that team has been upgraded.
Can't wait.

Judging from my time at camp yesterday, we have some pretty good weapons on offense, if Cassel can just keep from ****ing it up.

Clay's not everything Chiefs sucks. He just doesn't assume or project that guys who haven't done much previously, but are really talented, will have good years, until he sees them do it.

We tend to go full homer on here at times. He isn't taking that route right now. He's being a realist. Judging things based on what guys have done or not done previously

I'm totally buying into this roster elevating Cassel and carrying his ass to tolerable/damn near respectable.
I think he throws for about 3800 yards.

The McCluster haters are reeruned. Hes a lock to make the team, and hes going to be on the field quite a bit. No he wont be a starter. It will be Baldwin, Bowe, Breaston as the top three.

Wylie and McCluster will fight it out for the 4th spot, but both will be on the active roster. McCluster will be used a lot as a gimmick player, he will be lined up everywhere in a bunch of different formations.

It is beyond stupid to expect him to be in his prime already. He was a WR his rookie year. They brought in Breaston and Baldwin and had a bigger need at RB. They were able to use him there because he is that talented. It was also a lockout year which doesn't help his chances. Hes not being asked to learn one job like most players, hes learning a lot of positions because hes that type of weapon. It takes longer to learn everything that he is.

Its pretty common for a player to take a few years to bust out. Especially given everything being thrown at him and the lockout.

In '10 he threw for less than 3200 yards on the season, averaging something like 207 YPG.

Bowe = 1000 yards
Breaston = 700 yards
Charles = 450 yards

Don't see Baldwin getting 1000 with needing to split up yards with Hillis, Wylie, Brokaki, Boss, and Cassel (when he catches shit deflected by the line).
