That's a pass that almost every QB will make, because they know the receiver is so much bigger and can go get it.

As far as I'm concerned the whole "that's a bad pass" mentality is just straight up bull.

Cassel sucks ass, but here, that's looks like just a smart play.

The thing is, even in these scrimmages, the QB is not subject to hits, so Cassel is under no real duress.

So take duress out of the equation.

Poorly worded, but Frankie is probably right.

In real game situations, under duress, Cassel does not make good decisions.

Under pressure, Matt Cassel probably doesn't make that throw, because he can't see anything but the pressure.

Even though he can't get hit, nearly every pick from camp came while he felt pressure. At least that's what's getting tweeted.

Probably not. I'm probably alone here, but I actually prefer that his area of contribution is 3rd down, interior pass rush specialist.

I'd way rather he excelled early at that than run defense.

Baldwin being covered by a midget isn't something he barely figured out while Baldwin was breaking on his route.

Some people take this Cassel sucks thing a bit too far.

He may not be a great QB, but he's not a ****ing idiot. He's a starting QB in the NFL.

It seems the practice with the Cards was productive. Alot better then when we used to scrimmage with the Vikes. Those usually turned out bad or with injuries.
