Top link. See his head turned to the side right away like he is looking at the quick out pattern that Cassel was completing to the other side to McCluster. Then his head turns up field.

1 read. His eyes never came of Maneri. Good throw though. Good touch.

But, but, but, if you give him Baldwin and Bowe, he would have been 25 for 25 for 450 yards and 8 TDs!!

And he would have kicked the extra point on all the TDs!

Here's that deep Stanzi toss. He throws that a yard further it's a catch. Great play by the DB, IMO.

We will have to agree to disagree. I can see the back of his helmet pointed right at the flat receiver on the first two or three steps of his drop.

I've thought that since the game. Good throw... maybe a half stride at best underthrown, but great play by defender.

Actually his trajectory never changes direction. You will see what you want though. Sign anyone up for that physics class yet?

amiright?
Tom Brady was an extremely cautious QB when he was thrust into first starting. The Patriots had him on a tight ass leash even going into his second year. Very similar to what Cassel's been going through in Kansas City.

The key difference with him is he had ice in his veins, and was pretty ****ing smart. Once he learned to trust his own abilities he transformed from one of the league's most clutch game managers to a MegaQB capable of also lighting the NFL on fire with his stats.

Just playing Cassel's advocate. We're all so sick of his mediocrity that even positive plays get criticized. Meanwhile, Stanzi is fighting to unseat the Mighty Quinn, which he probably won't do, and he's at god-like status on the board.

That's also why Stanzi is far from Tom Brady. He's more of a loose cannon who will throw more picks, but also more TDs.

He'll have to find his balance from the OTHER side of the spectrum. Instead of starting out too cautious, he would likely start out too bold, not afraid to make mistakes. It would take seasons for him to learn control, instead of learning how to open up.
