No pocket presence, slow release, locking onto his first read and shitting his pants if it was covered. He just didn't seem to have a good feel for the game imo and was very inaccurate and a bad decision maker under duress. I also think the system he played in made him look much better than what he was. Spread based on many short throws which admittedly he's accurate with. And I know he played at Arizona where the talent is thin, but without looking it up I think he never posted a winning season.

Why do you think that? Because he is tall? He hasn't done shit either and I doubt he ever will either. It's like Parcells said, "never gamble on a guy that you can't compare to anyone else." There has never been a QB like Foles and he p[robably won't succeed.

Teams dont generally start or play mid round qbs in the regular season unless there is an injury to the starter or for the sake of playing them or to please a handful of people.

I wanted Stanzi to start last year over Failko. But that was because of injury... Hell I wanted Stanzi over Abortion, but that didnt happen.
