Im usually not a fan of a GM spending draft currency for years he isnt under contract for, but he needs to do whatever it takes to get somebody under center that is legit.

We should have moved up for Tannehill.

Pioli will be under contract for future years if he's running the draft next season.

I'm pretty sure there's no such thing as a lame duck GM. It would be even worse than having a lame duck HC.
