Money is super tight this week.

For lunch today - bologna with mustard, on flour tortillas.

The mustard I get has 5 calories per tablespoon, but I never put a tablespoon of mustard on anything, so I don't generally count it. If you're not doing the low carb thing, the flour tortilla is a good choice. Might buy some ham or turkey instead of bologna if you can afford it. But it doesn't sound bad. Almost like having bologna and mustard on wheat bread, only the tortilla will have less calories. Good job!

I'm not on any diet per se.

Just trying to eat smarter and healthier.

To be where I want to be according to myfitness pal I'm allotted 2500 calories a day. Which I've not came close to yet.

Restaurant portions are always huge. Serving size on the package is generally a good way to go.

Electronic food scale makes it easy..

Yeah, a tablespoon of mustard is a ****ton.

Tortillas are usually pretty high in calories unless you get the really small ones
