I had to order the baked potato salad in advance(6 lbs to be safe)but if we don't get many more attending it'll be served with hot dogs and bbq beans and I'll be refunding some money if need be because I will not be able to justify having the guys bring the smoker for a few slabs and a brisket.

Hey Joe, don't order the potato salad. I plan on bringing however much you need. I got my money sent to BRC a couple of days ago and I plan on attending. If something were to happen and I can't attend, I'll still make sure you get the potato salad.

I appreciate the offer Phil,however,I need to wait to get a final headcount from the local invites(clients & friends) sent as well.

Also,the smoker and friends' time manning it are all donated for the charity I just don't want to put them out if all we need are a few slabs and a brisket or two.I'll be in touch and let you know.
