Does anyone bother using ignore anymore?

I find it to be mostly worthless since you can still see where/when a poster has posted, you can still see their threads and when people quote them... so I took everyone off ignore. I think AustinChief needs to find a way to really ignore people who you're ignoring. Or he can ignore this... which is what I'm betting.

Yes I'm buzzed. I gave up on giving up drinking.

Hi frazod. You saw my thread.

tl;dr ignore this

thanks bud. He sent me a weird visitor message explaining that i was a moron to not know what his other user name is, i don't care, it creeped me out - so he went on ignore. A friend would've just told me who they were. Oh well. There goes the interenet.

I'd rather not say, but i didn't pull it from my ass. There are plenty of people on here w/ mults - Cochise, GoodDaySir, RedRum, these are the posters that wanted to convince everyone they'd left for ever. They never leave, they clone, and then blow up their old account. Mr Blonde and Brianfo are the only two that have successfully left forever. Mr. Blonde went all 'Killing Zoe' in a bank in Louisiana, Brianfo took a bunch of Methadone and offed himself.

Times are tough out here on the CP - Hard out here, ya'll.

If I don't like it, I'll stay away for a while. No reason to announce it. You just take a break. Not a big deal. This place changes so fast... CP is bi-polar. Can't stay away long, or you might miss something entertaining.

But yeah, take a break... go away. There's no need for the "I'm leaving forever" thread. Just disappear for a while. When you come back, (and you will) you'll be refreshed.

That's all fine and well and I agree for the most part... but there are a few people who never post anything worth reading yet they're still here all the time.

I take breaks frequently. Just coming off one in fact. Those morons haven't changed. So be it. Just seems to me the ignore feature could be better. If not then it's "my choice" to be a fan.

Personally, I love universal ignore it cuts through most of the bullshit here. You just need to know how to trick it out.
