Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't he have to go through independent tests to prove he has a concussion? If so, pretty sure he can't fake a diagnosis.

Independent Shmindepenent...Clark got the bucks yo! They'll make it happen. If they want him on IR for a concussion, then that's what will happen.

I hadn't heard about the phone call bit. More intrigue. What a crazy ass weekend in KC...

Pretty sure with all the attention around concussions, the league would make sure any evaluation is independent and impartial. Many teams might convince a doctor that a qb is ok to play. It's a nice conspiracy theory, but I don't think it holds much water.

I do think he has to have an indepenedent evaluation to prove he is o.k. to play. Not sure about the evaluation that proves he had a concussion.

He has trouble remembering snap counts and forgets where his recievers are, I'm no Doctor but it sounds like a concussion to me.
