He needs to make a change at QB. Fitz is garbage. He had the same little hot streak of games that Cassel had in 2010 and now his players don't have any faith that he's a good QB or a good leader.

Fitz is way better than Cassel. They aren't even in the same area code.

Yeah, that just shows you HOW BAD Cassel is. Fitz is NOT GOOD, and yet he is WAY better than Cassel.
