Is Roleo the man you want developing that guy?

Zorn will likely be gone since he was unable to magically convert Cassel into a quarterback.

I don't subscribe to the theory that Coaches make QB's.

I believe it's the opposite.

Great prospects will develop into great players, despite whatever coaching is there.

You think the many, many OC's Cassel has had have failed to teach Cassel how to go through his progressions?

Or do you think that Cassel simply isn't talented enough to do it, despite being taught?

What great QB did the Colts staff "create"? Outside of Manning, If you want to credit them for that, no one.

Patriots?

Niners?

How long did it take the Steelers to find one?

Saints?

The QB either has greatness in him, or he doesn't. He'll either figure it out, or he won't.

I assure you, Tony Dungy didn't "develop" Peyton Manning.
