Heh, a lot of times it's the unsung guys in the post season who deliver. There's not nearly the amount of pressure on them to perform as there is on star players. I think they can just relax at the plate because nobody really expected them to do much anyways.

True but at some point you need to nut up and say...I know how to play baseball and I know how to play it well. Let me count the ways with my cluth play. Except he never did.

No. Usually doesn't, yes. 2009 he carried the Yankees. Most teams would kill for that one year. The Yankees have 1 World Series in the past 12 years and dumb Yankees fans don't realize it was because of A Rod. I would love for him to do more, but a title is a title.
