I know a lot of folks are high on Smith....but from some folks I respect, they say he is more of a "system QB" than a real highly likely to succeed NFL-prospect.

More Andre Ware/David Klinger type than a RG3/Cam Newton type.

I don't have a strong opinion, as I don't get to watch a lot of college football.
