Resurrect Dead is pretty entertaining if you're a conspiracy person. Watching it now. About half way through.

haven't seen a really good doc in a while. They either really pull me in or bore me to death.

The union is a good one. If you like HST you should read Tom Wolfe's the electric kool-aid acid test.

That one is great. "I held a butchers knife to her throat and I said, you better start fryin' them eggs a little bit better. I'm sick of eating them sloppy, slimy eggs."

Just watched Jiro Dreams of Sushi on Netflix
Somehow they made a movie about a 80 year old Japanese guy who makes sushi fascinating and compelling for about 90 minutes. Recommend. |

As Buck mentioned, Resurrect Dead: The Mystery of the Toynbee Tiles is very good. They do a good job of framing the entire documentary as a detective case that they're attempting to solve, complete with timelines, suspects, locations, etc. And the subject matter is trippy enough to keep it all interesting.

Who Is Harry Nilsson (And Why Is Everybody Talkin' About Him)? is a good one. I'd heard of the guy before but didn't know much about him. It was incredible how many songs I recognized during the film for only vaguely being aware of the guy. Here's a wiki description:
