I think Haley has the chance to become a very good HC but he still needed work on letting his coaches coach and his gameday management needed quite a bit of polishing as well.

But I do agree with you that we would be better off having kept Haley and getting rid of Pioli.

I think we heading for a fresh start yet again but this time I think we have a little better base of players to start from than we did in 2008. New GM, HC and QB and I will have hope yet again.
