Wut? Yup, Arizona lost 49-0. WTF does that have to do with Kiffin's Tampa 2?

Well, we'll see. I'm not sure how the math will shake out. If USC happens to beat Notre Dame, I'm guessing Oregon will leap frog K-State.

Either way, there is a lot of football left to be played, including the SEC championship game.

That's what I'm saying. You said that every team that plays the SEC in the NC game gets blown out. That is not true because of Oregon. You really need to develop some reading comprehension skills. They could serve you well later in life.
Go look at how Oregon fared against LSU last year, then get back to me.

No, I simply generalized to make a point. If you want to get specific, SEC teams are 7-0 in NC games against non-SEC teams over the last 10 years with multiple blowouts over that time (and you're right, 2010 Oregon was not among them, but they still lost...like every other team that has come up against the SEC).

It would be foolish to think this trend will change any time soon (or that Oregon is any kind of an exception to this rule because of a three point loss two years ago).

Oregon turned the ball over 4 times that game. Lost 40-27.

Exactly.

And 7 of their 27 points were scored in garbage time with 13 seconds left in the game. At that point LSU had doubled them up 40-20.

Expect similar results if they play Bama.

I think that Oregon is the only tea that is capable of competing with an SEC team in a NC game. You didn't. That's your prerogative.

Dumbass.
Who needs some reading comp practice now? I didn't say they were "offensively mediocre." I said their team was mediocre. And it very clearly is. NCAA teams that aren't mediocre don't lose to Arizona.

Can you tell me why I should expect that over the 22-19 score they had against a clearly better offensive team in Auburn with Cam Newton? Additionally, the Ducks are better on offense this year than with Darron Thomas.

Mediocre? No way. Under performing? Certainly.

USC is a still a bowl team. They have a lot of flaws, mainly due to the fact that they've been hammered by NCAA penalties. It's actually a miracle they've played as well as they've played during this time.

There isn't much reason to think that they have a particularly good chance against them based on what we know about the history of such situations.

Can you tell me how a 2010 Auburn team that averaged 41.6ppg is "a clearly better offensive team" than the 2012 Alabama team that averages 40.6ppg?

Maybe. And even that possibility that would take USC beating Notre Dame first, which is pretty much 50/50 in my mind.

Because Oregon has such a rich history playing the SEC?

Cam Newton?

Is this a real question?
