2. [X] Get Pioli and the Patriot Way cronies the **** out
3. [X] Hire new GM/coach

I'm really trying not to get my heart set on one specific QB because I believe we will get somebody early in Round 1 and it could be any of several players at this point...and what the hell do I know? ...but in spite of this I really want it to be Geno. Damn it.

I had a friend go and watch WV vs. OSU the other day and this is what he said about Geno for what it's worth.

Gotta say, NOT impressed, in the least. Balls routinely underthrown, an easy TD overthrown. Very gimmicky offense, about EVERY snap taken out of shotgun, didn't see a lot of checking down or reading defenses, just a great HC/OC finding the mismatch and telling Smith where to throw it.

As many NCAA games as I have seen over the years and all the QBs I've been lucky enough to watch live, this guy just didn't impress to me. His stats are a product of the system and his arm isn't strong.

We'll see, not sure how high he will go, but anything in the top 5 seems CRAZY to me.

Geno Smith just didn't look right. I mean, his passes are crisp and delivered with good velocity. He's an accurate thrower. He's got great pocket presence. God, I wish I knew why I'm not very impressed by him.

I mean, it's almost as if he doesn't match up well against others. I'd still prefer a Tyler Wilson or a Matt Barkley to Geno Smith.

Man, I wish I knew what it was. But he doesn't look right. He just looks lazy. Like he doesn't care.

But I don't know what it is. Can't quite put my finger on it.
