I just like that Harbaugh brought in his own people. People he has been successful with in the past. It would be nice if we took a chance on a successful college coach and allowed him to bring in his own staff and philosophy.

A guy like Chip Kelly basically absorbed Oregon's old coaching staff into his own. Nothing wrong with that at all, in fact, it might be a refreshing positive that the Chiefs bring in a coach with no real strong unbreakable loyalties to other coaches. That's the sign of a guy who can sell his product and his system to other coaches, get them to work on the same page, and be highly successful without the necessity that he only work with "his guys."
