I figure I am an average dude, which would be a 5, but really - on a day to day basis there is some variability - so 4 to 6.
You know, some days I am just feeling it with a twinkle in my eye and an air of confidence that exudes at least a 7. On the other hand, there a days that feel like complete crap - so that could be a 3. If I don't get enough sleep and my blood sugar is low - things can get a little ugly - and if I don't have my coffee - it could be 2 to 1 ugly. And I can't come up with a good enough story for 8+
