Although if most of my guests wanted medium-well beef, I wouldn't spend the money on prime rib.

Pork enchiladas tonight
Mushroom risotto tomorrow. Sounds kind of sparse compared to some of the spreads you guys are having, but the flavor is fantastic, intense, and complex and serving anything else with it would just be a distraction. |

Tonight we're meeting the inlaws at a nice Italian place. Unless they have a special that really blows me away, I'll be getting a lobster in asiago cream sauce pasta dish.
Tomorrow, dinner at the inlaws cooked by the MIL, which will not feature turkey but will feature her epic fail runny/lumpy mashed potatoes unless my sister-in-law bails us out and volunteers to cook them. |

I'm waiting in the McDonalds drive thru for 11 McDoubles, 40 Chicken Nuggets, and 5 Large Fries. Hopefully, the Christmas Day menu will be better.

I have found that the Natty Ice has a smoother taste when combined with the Tostino's three meat pizza as opposed to just the Pepperoni. Maybe something to do with the Italian sausage?
