Glad you asked. I posted this checklist earlier. It probably belongs in the thread header, and will be updated as the Chiefs close out their season and start a new chapter in their franchise story.

No he didn't. His team QUIT. They just laid down and ****ing gave up.

He basically said that's not acceptable and it's his job to keep the team together. That's not throwing your team under the bus. That's a leader holding people accountable.

Sure looks to me like we need some of that around here.

Could you imagine if he went on tv after a game he didn't play in as a chief and made those kind of comments?

He would be like Winston squared.

Nfl gms will dig into him about that to see if its likely for a similar situation to happen again, or if it was a single isolated circumstance.

His draft stock will swing wildly based on the outcome of those interviews.

I think that's true for Smith, too. Interviews are going to play a big role in this. They have years of video on these guys, they've seen all their strengths and weaknesses. It's about figuring out who the best prospect is and what you think they can do over the next 10 years, and a lot of that is about who they are.
