Well, the problem is that any method other than the one I used would result in a moving target. In other words, if someone went and deleted a post from earlier in the year, the 1 millionth post would shift. Because of that, I think my method is about as good as it can possibly get.

But in terms of what is actually the 1 millionth post currently in the database? No. I can't prove that it isn't yours without a lot more work than I care about.
