I'm just playing along. I'm not sure Flynn is starter material. Alex Smith is. I want somebody who is going to push Geno Smith to be good. Hence, the conditionals. If Alex doesn't play much, it is a 4th in 2014. Seems like a small price to pay to push Geno.

As for the money. It's Clarks, not mine. Restructure maybe?
