I think Clark is taking away some of Pioli's power and is going to make the ground even between HC and GM to spark discussions in an attempt to better the team.

I don't think Pioli's voice has been removed. Doesn't make sense to not fire him, say you are hiring a coach that has to mesh with the GM, and if they don't Pioli gets fired and then you go hunting for a GM after all the candidates have landed in their new location.

That doesn't bother me. Reid and Cowher both have enough connections to get someone they can work with.

My gripe is that NONE of the guys were are supposedly gonna interview fit Clarks supposed criteria.

I have concerns that Clark is giving us lip service to cool down the fanbase while trying to find an acceptable way to keep the fraud.

I really hope I'm wrong.
