He didn't do that. He did just what lostcause correctly pointed out that most Planeteers wanted. He stripped the team down and started a real youth movement. The fact that he wasn't allowed to see it through beyond the first year is a complete defense to the charge you're making. Maybe he would have sucked just like you predicted, but we'll never know because he never got the opportunity to prove you right or wrong.
