It's not that weird since the SEC is the biggest conf this year with 14 teams. That's an advantage right there. Plus they care about it more than everyone else and their states largely lack the nfl presence to compete for attention and dollars.


If Mizzou didn't have te Chiefs and Rams in state they would draw 80k and be respectable in the SEC. Since they do they won't. Same with Ku and KSU being hurt by the Chiefs. Would draw way better without the competition (just as ku does for hoops)
