I swear, i'm ALWAYS shocked at not only the amount of posts, but the passion in them in these tipping threads... want a red hot 100+ post thread? make it about tipping

If i cant leave a solid tip, i wont go out to eat, its a pretty simple rule to follow.

Having been a server and bartender, i know just how much you have to rely on them to make any kind of a living.

You have the right to not tip, or to tip meagerly... but if you frequent the same place often enough, word gets around and you WILL be the very last person to get what you want if your server can help it.
